Red Pua Lehua ('Ohi'a blossom)

The island of Hawai'i (the big island) recognizes the red pua lehua ('ohi'a blossom) as the official island flower. Each of the Hawaiian Islands designates an official flower or lei material (Hawaii's state flower is pua aloalo (yellow hibiscus).
